Starting things off:
After your initial contact with us we will give
you a detailed written quotation showing our
legal fees and the fees that we will need to
pay out on your behalf during the transaction.
Once you have read through your quotation
which is an estimation of our fees and we
have answered any questions you may have
we will request you to open your file by paying
a file opening fee. This payment is non-
refundable, but it is transferable.
